To Manually Terminate User Sessions

Use this procedure to manually terminate user sessions.

1. On the top application menu, click Admin.
2. Click Show User Sessions under the System Settings menu.
3. On the Active Sessions page, click End Session for the first user session you want to terminate. Repeat for all sessions you want to end.
   Note: Some users might be listed more than once in this list. This occurs when users terminated their sessions without using the Logout option, perhaps by closing the browser. Once the session timeout period is expired, they will be removed from the list automatically.

   

4. Click Back To Admin in the left-hand navigation menu to close the page.
