Creating and Submitting Incidents
In DatixWeb, incidents are created and submitted on a level 1 form, which can be accessed with or without logging into the application.
Typically, to create and submit incidents for review a level 1 form is used. This form is also referred to as the Datix Incident Form (DIF1). You don't have to be logged into the application to submit an incident on a DIF1 form. Once submitted, incidents can only be accessed by authorised application users upon login.
Note: Your administrator can choose to use a DIF2 form for both
incident submission and incident review. In such cases, you can only submit incidents after
you have logged into the application.
